While we can't guarantee you'll see every artist perform due to potential scheduling overlaps, we encourage you to arrive early and plan your day to catch your favorite acts. The full schedule will be released closer to the event date.

Please leave any outside food or drinks, weapons, illegal substances, and pets at home.

Outside food is not permitted. However, there will be a variety of food vendors on-site offering delicious options.

While there is no designated bike parking area, you are welcome to lock your bike to the nearby bike racks outside the pavilion.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. You are also welcome to bring a small backpack for personal items. However, please be aware that all bags are subject to search upon entry.

Tickets go on sale March 15th! You can purchase tickets directly from our website or through Eventbrite. Be sure to follow us on social media for updates and announcements.

We offer General Admission tickets and Golden Tickets, which are special package tickets that include VIP perks like access to a dedicated VIP area and a complimentary exotic cocktail from our vendor.

Yes, we do offer group discounts for parties of four or more. Please contact us for more information.

There will not be a box office for this event. All ticket sales will be handled online or through EventBrite

Accessibility at the Sedona Music Festival

A designated number of accessible parking spaces are available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid, state-issued disability placard or license plate is required to utilize these spaces.

For your convenience, we have a designated drop-off and pick-up zone located within the accessible parking area. This allows for easy access to the festival entrance.

Access Center

Our Access Center will be at the main entrance tent, located near the festival entrance, is your central resource for accessibility information and services. Simply ask for the access center at the entrance, our friendly staff is ready to assist you with: Answering any questions you may have about accessibility at the festival. Providing information about accessible routes and amenities. Issuing ADA wristbands, which grant access to designated viewing areas.

Accessible Viewing Areas

We have designated accessible viewing areas at the stage to ensure that attendees with disabilities have a comfortable and unobstructed view of the performances.

Effective Communication

We are committed to providing effective communication options for attendees with disabilities. If you require ASL interpretation or other forms of effective communication, please submit your request at least 30 days prior to the event by emailing sedonamusicfest@gmail.com

- First Aid: First aid stations are strategically located throughout the venue to provide medical assistance when needed.

- Dietary Needs: We are pleased to offer a variety of food options, including gluten-free choices. For other specific dietary needs, please contact sedonamusicfest@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the event, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- Prescription Medications: You are welcome to bring prescription medications in their original containers, clearly labeled with your name and matching your government-issued ID.
